Provencal Chowder

Eggplant, zucchini, and tomato are all sliced into round slices

Put a layer of spaghetti sauce on the baking tray

Eggplant, tomatoes, and zucchini are arranged in the order as shown in the picture

After putting the vegetables, sprinkle a little salt, pepper and Provence herb leaves on top

Put it into the middle layer of the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes.
