Prune Raisin Cake

Soften the butter, add sugar and stir until white

Add the eggs to the butter and continue to mix well

Add lemon crumbles and mix well

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into it, stir well

Then slowly add the milk and mix well

Mix the raisins, prunes and dried cranberries with 15g flour and 10g cinnamon powder, and stir well in the batter.

The last step is to put butter on the mold, pour the batter into the mold, preheat the oven at 170°C for 30 minutes, then bake at 180°C for 10 minutes to color, and finally release the mold to cool.
Tips:
After cooling down, I poured some milk frosting and put a little less powdered sugar, so the effect was not very good.
Milk frosting: 30g powdered sugar, 5g milk. Add the powdered sugar to the milk and mix well. Just pour it on the cooled cake.
