Pu'er Milk Tea

Wash the tea. Pour boiling water, shake for 10-20s, and pour out the tea.

Put the Pu'er tea into the pot, add 200g of water, and boil the Pu'er tea over a low fire.

Pour the milk and stir while boiling

Keep the heat on a low heat until small bubbles emerge from the edge of the milk, turn off the heat

Strain the tea leaves

Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and enjoy

Tips:
1. The ratio of water to milk to tea leaves can be adjusted according to your own preferences. There is no special ratio. If you like a stronger milk flavor, add more milk, otherwise add more water. If you want the tea to be more fragrant, just add more tea leaves.
2. Rock sugar can be boiled in milk tea. I like the taste of it slowly melting and sweetening.
3. If you put honey, wait for the milk tea to cool down a bit before putting it.
