Pull The Sliver
1.
In a small bowl of flour, beat in an egg, add an appropriate amount of salt, edible alkali, add in a bowl of cold water and water several times, mix well, and start to become floc
2.
Then add an appropriate amount of water, be sure to add several times to mix the noodles, until all the flour can be combined
3.
The dough should be "three light, bright color, light to the touch, smooth feeling" and it will be in place, and then cover the dough with a lid and seal it to prevent air from drying out (you can use plastic wrap)
4.
After about an hour and a half or two, it's all right. Uncover the lid, knead the dough again, and it becomes soft. Brush the surface with a layer of cooking oil. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a thicker layer of cake, and use a knife to cut it one by one. Slowly stretch one by one
5.
Prepare a small basin, apply oil evenly on the inner wall, place the drawn noodles in the basin, brush evenly with a layer of oil between the noodles and the noodles (to prevent it from sticking together)
6.
It looks like this, then seal it with plastic wrap or plastic bag (make it soft)
7.
After about half an hour, uncovered, it is soft enough and can be stretched thin and long
8.
After pulling it one by one, boil water in the pot and pour it all in. Cover the pot. When the water in the pot is boiled, it will be ready. Turn off the heat and pass the cold water (the noodles are more powerful)
