Pumpkin and Egg Buns that are More Delicious Than Bread, Don’t Wake Up Twice

Pumpkin peeled and sliced, steamed in a pot until soft and mashed into puree

Beat in 2 eggs

Add yeast, sugar and stir well

Add a small amount of flour several times to knead into a non-sticky dough

The seal relaxes for 20 minutes
