Pumpkin and Onion Braised Rice

Wash the pumpkin, cut in the middle, save half for other purposes, half peel and remove flesh, and cut into small pieces

Peel the onion, wash and cut in half in the middle, and cut into small cubes. The rice is ready and set aside

Add oil to the pot, a little bit more than usual, cook until 70% hot, sprinkle with pepper powder and ginger powder
