Pumpkin and Red Date Soup
1.
Pumpkins and red dates are ready; pumpkins should be thick and sweet, and red dates should be rinsed with clean water;
2.
Cut pumpkin into small pieces;
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of water in the health pot, subject to the recommended water level and consumption; pour the red dates into the water first;
4.
Timing for 25 minutes, the red dates are a bit dry, so that they can absorb enough water and be soft inside, cook for 10 minutes;
5.
Pour the pumpkin cubes into the soup and complete the remaining 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. Pumpkins and red dates have their own sweetness, so there is no need to add sugar;
2. Pumpkin is easy to ripe, so put it later; it will spread after a long time of cooking. If you want to keep the pumpkin pieces intact and not broken, you can put them in the last 5 minutes to ensure their ripeness and shape.
