Pumpkin Apple Rice Porridge
1.
Ingredients: a croissant melon, half an apple, right amount of rice, right amount of water. (There is no specific amount. If you like sweetness, add more pumpkin, if you like sour, add more apple, if you like thick, add more rice, but try to use as much water as possible, because the boiling time is not short, so as not to boil the pot)
2.
The croissant melon is peeled and cut into small dices, and the apple is also cut into small dices after peeling.
3.
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil.
Note: The water must be boiled before adding the rice.
4.
Pour the diced pumpkin and diced apple when the pot with the rice is added to the boil again.
Note: Always stir throughout the entire process to avoid sticking to the pan.
5.
Be sure to stir frequently on low heat.
6.
Boil until the pumpkin, apples, and rice are all soft and thick. You can also add a lid and simmer for a few minutes.
7.
The sweet porridge is out of the pot, let's make it for the baby. They are all very common ingredients, but they are very nutritious and delicious.
Tips:
Note: Apples are very easy to oxidize after peeling, so they must be made as soon as possible after being cut.
