Pumpkin Baked Red Bean Pie
1.
Pumpkins are steamed (you can cook them in a microwave oven). Because the dates are steamed, they are steamed together by the way.
2.
Use a small spoon to scoop out the steamed pumpkin. I used 1/4 pumpkin.
3.
Grab the flour, add yeast and 1.5 g of white sugar and stir well. Put in the pumpkin puree while grasping with your hands and knead well. Don't add the flour all at once.
4.
Knead the smooth surface to cover your hair.
5.
Remove the frozen bean paste and thaw, add sugar, sesame and honey, stir well, and crush with a spoon.
6.
Crush and mix the bean paste.
7.
Divide equally into 12 portions and round.
8.
Add baking soda to the noodles that have been made and knead it smoothly.
9.
Rub the kneaded noodles into the same number as the bean paste.
10.
Roll out the bean paste, pinch the mouth and wrap it.
11.
Flatten the filled pie, pierce some small holes evenly with a special comb, and finally apply a layer of oil on the surface. (When operating this process, preheat the oven)
12.
Put the biscuits into the oven, and bake at 180° for 18 minutes (turn the cake once in the middle), turn the cake over again after 18 minutes, and bake at 250° for another 3-4 minutes, and then color.
13.
The baked cakes are all cracked.
14.
The pie served on the plate, Xuan Xuan.
15.
Served pie.
Tips:
When the pumpkin is steamed, it is best to cover the plate, otherwise the steam water into the pumpkin will increase the moisture, and more flour will be added. Or peeled and cut into small pieces and cooked in the microwave is also very good
