Pumpkin Bisque

Prepare half a pumpkin

Peeled and thinly sliced

Then cut the thin slices into small pieces

Then put a small piece of butter in a non-stick pan, then put the pumpkin in and stir fry. Then pour some broth and simmer the pumpkin slices, as long as the stock is slightly under the pumpkin slices. Wait for the soup to boil, let it be stuffy for another minute

Then pour the pumpkin slices and soup into a blender and beat well.
