Pumpkin Box

The flour is mixed with water to form a dough.

Knead the dough into long strips and cut into small doughs of equal size.

Peel and remove the flesh of the pumpkin. Wash it and cut into pieces, then shred and put it into a bowl. Add appropriate amount of oil and salt and mix well, then sprinkle with chopped green onion and mix well.

Take a dough and roll it thinly with a rolling pin, put in the mixed pumpkin filling, wrap it up, and pinch it tightly on the side.

Put the hot oil in the pot into the pumpkin box and burn it until the two sides are golden, then it can be out of the pot.
Tips:
When brazing, a small fire should be used throughout the whole process, otherwise the phenomenon of scorching and not being familiar will easily occur.
