Pumpkin Braised Pork Ribs

Soak the ribs in clean water to remove the blood.

Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces.

Cut the ginger, green onions, and garlic.

Add oil to the pot and fry fragrant ginger, green onion, and garlic.

Tips:
1. Soak the ribs to remove the blood.
