Pumpkin Buns (no Sugar and Low Oil)

Tips:
The temperature of each oven is not the same, adjust according to the temperature of your own oven. The moisture of the pumpkin is not the same everywhere. My pumpkin has big water and the dough is relatively wet. You can adjust it according to the humidity of the pumpkin you steamed. You can put more when it is dry, and put it less when it is wet.
