Pumpkin Congee with Red Beans

Peel and dice old pumpkin, basmati rice and red beans as appropriate

Wash the basmati rice and red beans and put them in the boiling pot with the diced pumpkin, add water and some salt to remove the watery smell

Cover the lid and bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and cook for one hour
