Pumpkin Egg Fried Rice

Peel the pumpkin, wash and cut into small cubes.

Peel and chop garlic.
3.
Cut green onions into chopped green onions.
4.
Break up the overnight meal for later use.

Heat oil in a pan, add diced pumpkin and fry until cooked.

Wash the pan and reheat the oil, then knock in the eggs and fry them until they are beaten.

Stir in rice and stir-fry with chopped pepper.

Add salt and diced pumpkin and continue to stir fry.

Finally, add chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly.
