Pumpkin Flower Bean Salad

Soak pinto beans sufficiently in advance;

Cook in the pot;
3.
Remove and drain the water and let it cool for later use;

Cut the pumpkin into pieces and steam until cooked.

Take out and let cool;

Add pinto beans.

With salt;

Add crushed black pepper;
9.
Add lemon juice;

Add olive oil.

Mix well and put on a plate.
Tips:
1. When the pumpkin is steamed, it can be pierced thoroughly with a bamboo stick. If it is too bad, it will become a paste when it is mixed.
2. Pinto beans are more difficult to cook. When cooking, boil and stew, don't boil them to bloom. Cook a little more at a time and put it in the refrigerator. You can put some when making salads and cold dishes. It is very fragrant and waxy.
