Pumpkin Glutinous Rice Cake

Prepare the sticky rice flour, glutinous rice flour, pumpkin slices, sugar and homemade red bean paste in the picture

Put the pumpkin slices in the microwave oven and press the "steam" function for 10 minutes to prevent the pumpkin from generating moisture

Stir the steamed pumpkin slices, sticky rice flour, glutinous rice flour, appropriate amount of sugar and water, and knead it into the dough as shown in the picture.

Divide the kneaded dough into small doughs of about 10 grams

Knead the small dough into noodles

Place the red bean paste in the middle of the dough

Then knead the dough into a small round dough

Prepare the printing mold, a small amount of vegetable oil

Put the small dough wrapped in red bean paste on the mold for printing

Then put the printed dough on the steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
Tips:
1. The ratio of glutinous rice flour to sticky rice flour is 1:2, which is the result of my many experiments. According to the ratio I do, I can make glutinous rice cakes that are sticky and stylish;
2. Apply vegetable oil on the formed glutinous rice cake to make the glutinous rice cake more fragrant!
