Tips:
1. Put in milk powder, the batter will ferment quickly, and milk can also be added.
2.If you like a harder rice cake, you can add more noodles. If you like to eat coarse grains, you can also add cornmeal, but the total amount of cornmeal cannot exceed half of the flour.
