When encountering a surprise or something beautiful, I always think about something sweet, something to say, something to do, and most importantly, something to eat.

Pumpkin Hair Cake

1. Peel the pumpkin, cut into large pieces, put it in a steamer, and steam for about 10 minutes until the pumpkin becomes soft and pressed into a puree

2. Add yeast powder and stir evenly

3. Add half a box of any pure milk to make the cake more fragrant! Stir evenly, if you like sweeter taste, you can add some sugar to stir.

4. Add appropriate amount of flour and stir until batter-like! As shown below

5. As shown in the figure, stir until a viscous paste

6. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place. When fermenting to twice the size, remove the plastic wrap (if the temperature is not enough, cover with a wet towel) and stir out bubbles with a spoon

7. Take another large container or mold, brush a layer of olive oil (or rapeseed oil) on the inside, and pour the batter that has been stirred before

8. Cut the jujube in half, take out the kernel, and set aside

9. Put the cut jujube on top of the noodles in the shape you like, sprinkle with a layer of dried roses! Boil water and steam on high heat for about 30 minutes

Tips:

Add milk and rosettes, you can have a light aroma! If you like other preparations, you can do it!
