Pumpkin Knife Cut Buns

The pumpkin is peeled and sliced and steamed in a pot until soft, mashed and pureed. Add yeast, sugar, and milk to knead a smooth, non-sticky dough.

Proof until it is twice as large and the inside is honeycomb.

Knead the dough again and exhaust to its original size.

Cut into uniform size

Put it in a steamer and let it rise to 1.5 times its size. After it is steamed on high heat, it will be steamed for 10 minutes. After turning off the heat, let it simmer for 3 minutes.
