Pumpkin Meatball Oatmeal

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the rice and oats and put them in a casserole; add an appropriate amount of cold water.

Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook slowly.

Peel the pumpkin, wash, and cut into small pieces; cut the meatballs into small pieces; cut the onion into cubes.

After the porridge has been cooked for 15 minutes, add the pumpkin.

After boiling, add appropriate amount of salt and cook for another 2 minutes.

Pour the meatballs and cook for 3 minutes.

Pour some sesame oil on the cooked porridge.

Turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
