Pumpkin Muffins
1.
Steam the pumpkin, press it into a puree, and let it cool for later use.
2.
Get all the materials ready for use.
3.
Add all the ingredients (except pork floss and oil) to the basin and mix well.
4.
Knead smoothly. Divide into ten small portions.
5.
Knead the dough round, wrap it in pork floss, and print out your favorite patterns with a mold. (The mold needs to be brushed with a layer of oil.)
6.
If you don't have a mold, just press it into small round cakes by hand.
7.
Heat the oil in a pan, turn on a medium-low heat, and put the pumpkin pie in the pan. (Don’t make the fire too big, be careful)
8.
If you want to keep turning it over, fry it until the surface is golden brown.
Tips:
Pumpkins have moisture, so there is no need to add water and noodles. The live dough will be a little sticky
