Pumpkin Noodles
1.
Cut the pumpkin into thin slices and steam it in a pot.
2.
The steamed pumpkin is naturally cooled and then put into flour to knead it into a smooth dough.
3.
Roll out the dough after the dough has stood still for half an hour. The thinner the roll, the better. Sprinkle a little flour on the rolled dough, then fold it in half, and continue to sprinkle a little flour. Fold in half again.
4.
Put it on the chopping board and cut into long strips. After all the pieces are cut, shake the noodles to disperse.
5.
Put the lard in the pot and boil the lard.
6.
Add shredded pork and stir fry.
7.
Put in an appropriate amount of water and salt.
8.
Add baby cabbage after boiling.
9.
Add green vegetables.
10.
Add oily gluten and continue cooking.
11.
Add the noodles after boiling.
12.
Beat in the eggs and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.
Tips:
Add pumpkin puree and knead flour as appropriate, and the dough should be as firm as possible.
