Pumpkin Pasta

Beibei pumpkin is steamed in water.

Cut off the top and dig out the pumpkin flesh.

Put half of the pumpkin meat in a juicer, add 1 tablespoon of water, and beat into a fine pumpkin puree.

Cook the pasta in a pot, remove it and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, first saute the salted egg yolk seasoning until fragrant, then pour in the pumpkin puree, stir-fry evenly, and turn off the heat.

Add the pasta and the other half of the pumpkin meat and mix well.
