A new way to eat pasta.

Pumpkin Pasta

1. Beibei pumpkin is steamed in water.

2. Cut off the top and dig out the pumpkin flesh.

3. Put half of the pumpkin meat in a juicer, add 1 tablespoon of water, and beat into a fine pumpkin puree.

4. Cook the pasta in a pot, remove it and set aside.

5. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, first saute the salted egg yolk seasoning until fragrant, then pour in the pumpkin puree, stir-fry evenly, and turn off the heat.
