Pumpkin Peanut Soup

Soak the peanuts in water in advance overnight.

The soaked peanuts are mashed in a stone mortar.
3.
Peel and seed pumpkin, wash and cut into small pieces.
4.
Put the mashed peanuts into a boiling pot, add some water to boil.
5.
After the peanut soup is boiled, add the pumpkin pieces and cook until the pumpkin is cooked.
6.
After the pumpkin is cooked, add salt to taste.
7.
Cut the chives leaves into chopped green onions and set aside.
8.
Put the chopped green onion in the boiling pot and turn off the heat to eat.
