Pumpkin Pie
1.
Peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces, and boil water.
2.
Put the pumpkin in a pot of boiling water and cook.
3.
Put the cooked pumpkin in a bowl, drain it slightly, and let it cool.
4.
Put the cooked pumpkin and glutinous rice flour in a larger container and stir. It is best to add glutinous rice flour little by little to easily control the dry humidity.
5.
Remember to put sugar (or salt) when kneading the glutinous rice ball, and set it aside after kneading.
6.
Knead the glutinous rice ball into a ball shape, then squeeze it with both hands, form an oval shape, and wrap it with breadcrumbs on both sides.
7.
When the pan is heated, the temperature of the oil must be very high. After the oil is warm, put the pumpkin pie in the pan and fry it until golden brown on both sides. When there is a big fire, turn the pumpkin pie frequently. If the fire is medium, you can fry it more, otherwise it will not be easy to cook. I like big fires.
Tips:
1. When frying pumpkin pie, you must raise the temperature of the oil to put the pumpkin pie.
2. If you don't like to eat sweets, you can add salt when kneading the glutinous rice balls.
3. When kneading the glutinous rice ball, don't add the glutinous rice flour all at once, but add it little by little.
