Pumpkin Pimple Soup

First, peel the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces about one centimeter thick. Heat the pan with oil. Heat the oil and add the chopped green onion until fragrant. Add the pumpkin slices and stir fry.

Then add an appropriate amount of water.

Make gnocchi while the ingredients in the pot are boiled over the heat. Pour light salt water evenly in the flour, slowly shake the basin, so that the water-soaked flour will slowly form small bumps, try to make the size of the bumps even, until there is no dry flour.

1 For the selection of pumpkin, if you like to eat sweet and waxy, choose yellow and ripe, and if you like crispy texture, choose the green that is not yet ripe and transdermal.
2Do not cut the pumpkin too much, otherwise it will not be easy to ripen. It should not be too small to prevent it from breaking up after being cooked.
3 Don't over-eat pumpkins, just eat three or two times a week. Pumpkins are not suitable for daily consumption because of their high sweetness.
