I first learned about @kingbow坤博casseroles on Weibo. I was immediately attracted by the two sentences "dry boiled and chilled without breaking" and "a casserole for roasted sweet potatoes". I remembered me because it was not cold at all. I have lost several casserole pots for some reasons. One time, the pot was just removed from the stove and placed on the marble countertop and it cracked. Another time, tap water was added to the pot and it was burnt on the stove and it was completely broken. The vegetables were scattered. The stove was full, and then I knew that the casserole needed to be used very carefully, and I also hoped that it would be great if there is a casserole that is not afraid of freezing.
When I found that Kunbo casserole is not afraid of dry burning or rapid cold, I was very excited. After seeing many people practice roasted sweet potatoes, roasted purple potatoes, and even fried peanuts, I was even more amazed. This is exactly what I want. .
In 2015, it was a real good start. Kunbo realized my wish and approved my trial application, giving me the opportunity to get such a beautiful red casserole. Thank you very much!

I was so excited when I received the pot. It looks ten times better than I thought. The smooth surface of the flies must be split when they fall on it. The large capacity can be used as a hat. I believe it is not a problem to cook a whole chicken. According to my family’s advice Appetite, 5~6 people eat a pot is not a problem. "

3. Wash the frozen cooked corn kernels with water and pour it into a casserole. When the corn is abundant in summer, boil the corn, rub the corn kernels and put them in a food bag to freeze and save, and you can take it as you eat. It is especially suitable for cooking porridge. .

8. My model is Kunbo I series 4.6 liters C grade red. According to the C grade standard, I tried very hard to find trachoma inside and out. There are 3 black dots, which are very scattered, and there are five or six. It's extremely small, and you have to put your face on the pot quickly before you see it. I'm very satisfied with the result.

Tips:

My notes:
1. To cook porridge in a casserole, you need to add more water than a rice cooker to cook porridge. At the beginning I only added 2 bowls of water. After cooking for five minutes, I found that the water was gone. I quickly boiled half a pot of boiling water (adding water can’t add cold water, it will affect the taste of the food), adding some to the porridge, and then cooking the porridge more. The thicker it gets, hot water is added one after another. Half a pot of water is basically added, and the porridge is still thick. A small bowl of rice comes out of half a pot of porridge. If you open a porridge shop, you can really make a profit.
However, the amount of water added should not be too high to avoid overflowing the pot.
2. Be sure to stir more after boiling. There will be a short time to clean up things, where there is a flame, there is rice at the bottom of the pot, and quickly stir with a wooden spoon. Fortunately, it is not sticky.
3. The pot is very smooth, so you can't use an iron spoon to avoid scratching.
4. Washing the pot is easy to wash. After letting it cool, you don’t need to soak it. It will be cleaned with water and a soft cloth. Thanks to the smooth surface.
5. After washing, the white circle on the bottom and lid of the pot should not draw water for a long time.
The red pot is not suitable for cooking dark food, such as black rice porridge, black-bone chicken, the pot will be stained.
