Pumpkin Puree—automatic Cooking Pot Recipe

Peel the pumpkin, cut it into thin slices and place it on a plate;

Add water to the pot, put it on the steamer, and then put the plate with pumpkin slices on the steamer;

Cover the pot, start the [Lotus Fragrant Chicken] function, or use the manual function, turn the pot to medium and low heat after boiling, and set it to about 40 minutes;

After the cooking is over, take the pumpkin out, crush it into a puree with a spoon, and mix with honey.
Tips:
1. For pumpkins, choose yellow-skinned Japanese pumpkins;
2. You can add 30 ml of milk in an appropriate amount to make the taste more delicate;
3. The pumpkin tray should not be too large to prevent steam from passing through.
