Pumpkin Steamed Pork

Wash the pork belly and cut into slices about 3 cm in length and width and 5 mm in thickness. Place them in a container, add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, pepper, and star anise powder to mix well, and marinate for half an hour.

Peel and seed the pumpkin and cut into thick slices about the size of the meat.

Spread the pumpkin slices on two to three layers at the bottom of the steamer.

Put the steamed pork rice noodles in a bowl, add minced chili and mix well.

Beat the eggs.

Drag the marinated meat slices into the egg mixture.

Glue the steamed pork rice noodles evenly.
8.
Lay it on the pumpkin slices and steam it in a steamer for 50 minutes.
