Pumpkin Steamed Pork
1.
Cut the ribs into small pieces, then marinate them with salt, minced dried chilies and chicken essence
2.
After about 20 minutes, wrap the marinated ribs with steamed meat powder
3.
Waiting for the pickling process to process the pumpkins, because we don’t have any small pumpkins here, I had to use ordinary pumpkins instead. The method is to peel the pumpkin and dig the seeds, then use a knife to make a W-shaped incision in the section of the pumpkin, and finally, put a little bit of salt on the inner and outer layers of the pumpkin to taste
4.
The marinated and coated pork ribs are steamed in a pressure cooker until they are eighty mature
5.
In the final procedure, put the steamed ribs in the processed pumpkin and continue steaming, because the pumpkin is easy to cook. If time is allowed, it only takes 5-6 minutes if you use a pressure cooker.
Tips:
1. Use straight rows for pork chops, and use older pumpkins for pumpkins;
2. The amount of salt is appropriate, too salty, the taste will be poor;
3. Because everyone has different cooking utensils, you must master the heat, otherwise the pork chops will not be able to chew if they are not cooked thoroughly, and the pumpkin will taste bad if it is too cooked.
