Every time I cook rice, my head is big. I don't know what to eat. My husband will do it from Monday to Friday. I'm the chef on Saturday and Sunday. Always don't know what to do. Suddenly remembered the pumpkin steamed pork ribs I had eaten before. delicious. Just bought this. The baby loves this spare ribs very much. Usually the mouth is rather sloppy.

Ingredients

Pumpkin Steamed Spare Ribs

1. Prepare a spare rib, I bought the front row. Wash the ribs

2. Add a little salt, soy sauce, oil, cornstarch, and a few slices of ginger

3. Add bean drums and marinate for later use. Marinate for about 20 minutes

4. A small circle of pumpkins

5. Cut the pumpkin. slice

6. Spread on the plate

7. Put the marinated ribs on top of the pumpkin

8. Put the prepared things into the pot and steam over the fire

9. Steam for about 15 minutes to serve. Sprinkle some chopped green onions

Tips:

The ribs are delicious in the front row. I don't know why this picture is so colorful before steaming. So light after steaming. Haha.
