Pumpkin Steamed Spare Ribs

1. Wash spare ribs and set aside.

2. Cut ginger into strips, chopped garlic rice, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and oyster sauce, a little salt, and 50g cornstarch.

3. Peel the pumpkin and cut into thick pieces, and place on the bottom of the large plate.
