Pumpkin Steamed Spare Ribs

Wash spare ribs and set aside.

Cut ginger into strips, chopped garlic rice, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and oyster sauce, a little salt, and 50g cornstarch.

Peel the pumpkin and cut into thick pieces, and place on the bottom of the large plate.

Add the prepared sauce to the ribs and stir evenly.

Spread the ribs on top of the pumpkin. (It's better to remove the ginger slices)

Put it in a pressure cooker and steam for 50 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. (Start steaming on high heat for 10 minutes, then switch to medium heat for 40 minutes)

Pumpkin steamed spare ribs are ready.

Tips:
1 Cut the pumpkin into large pieces. In small pieces, the ribs are not cooked and the pumpkin is already steamed.
2 The addition of cornstarch can make the ribs smoother and more tender.
3 Cooking wine and ginger play a role in removing fishy.
