Pumpkin Sticks

Cut all the ingredients into granules, peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces, shred the scallops and soak them in a bowl, cut the green onions into chopped green onions, and cut the remaining carrots into slices for use on the bottom of the plate for steaming the glutinous rice.
