Pumpkin Tremella Porridge

Prepare the ingredients. Peel the pumpkin, wash and cut into small pieces.

Soak the white fungus in advance; wash and drain the water for later use.

Wash the glutinous rice and put it in the pot together with the white fungus; add some cold water, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat.

Pour in the pumpkin and cook for 10 minutes.

Simmer the cooked glutinous rice porridge for a while; put it in a bowl, add some honey, and mix well.
