You can add healthy and nutritious whole grains to the steamed buns you make yourself, which is safe, healthy and nutritious. Pumpkin has always been my favorite ingredient. It is also a vegetable and coarse grain. It has high nutritional value. This time I made pumpkin two-color rolls. Not only is it eye-catching and beautiful, it also tastes very sweet.

Pumpkin Two-color Hana Roll

1. Put the white dough ingredients and the pumpkin ingredients into the cook machine separately to form dough

2. Cover the mixed dough with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place for fermentation. When the two doughs have doubled in size, fermentation is complete

3. Put two kinds of dough on the chopping board and roll them into slices. The thickness is as you like. The two kinds of dough are stacked

4. Roll up. Cut into pieces

5. Use a chopstick to press one piece from the middle as shown in the picture, and make them one by one

6. Put it in the steamer for secondary fermentation

7. After 20 minutes at room temperature, turn on the heat and steam for 15 minutes and turn off the heat, then take it out after two or three minutes
