Purple Cabbage Garland Chrysanthemum Sushi Rice
1.
Cook the white rice first. Adjust the sushi vinegar. Use 10 grams of white vinegar + 5 grams of sugar + 1 gram of salt for a bowl of rice. Stir it with chopsticks. The sugar and salt should be completely melted.
2.
It’s a little hard to melt in winter. Put a bowl of hot water under the bowl, or turn the microwave for 10 seconds, it’s easy to melt~
3.
Wash the chrysanthemum chrysanthemum with running water, boil the water in the pot, add the chrysanthemum chrysanthemum, and blanch it for 1 minute. Purple cabbage is also cooked. 🌻 Tips: Green vegetables, just have chrysanthemum, you can choose the one you like or the baby doesn't like it.
4.
Use a blender to squeeze the juice into a puree. You don't need to sieve, just stir with rice for a while. 🌻Tips: Most of the nutrition is in the mud, not the juice, just like when moms make butterfly noodles, there is no need to sieve!
5.
Add a few drops of white vinegar, and the color of purple cabbage immediately becomes purple-red. There is sushi vinegar in the rice, and the purple one will turn into purple in the end. There is not much difference. You can choose two colors instead of three like me.
6.
Take a bowl of rice, add the tuned "sushi vinegar" when it's hot, and mix well. This rice becomes sushi rice.
7.
The mixed rice is added to the chrysanthemum mud and purple cabbage mud. If the shape is not concave, then you can eat it. I think babies under one and a half years old can't "appreciate" their "styling", so let's save it. 🌻Tips: If you don’t add sushi vinegar, just mix it with rice and mud, it will taste a little grassy, but with sushi vinegar, it will weaken a lot, and you can hardly eat it.
8.
Use a biscuit mold to dent the shape, layer by layer. 🌻Tips: The rice has reached the top of the biscuit mold, but you feel that the height is not enough, just move the mold upward, as high as you want.
9.
A few prawns were blanched and placed on top for decoration.
