Purple Cabbage Salad

Wash the purple cabbage and coriander and set aside.

Shred the cabbage.
3.
Add some salt to it and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, throw away the water in the cabbage, add coriander, sugar, rice vinegar, olive oil, and mix well.
5.
Sweet and sour. Refreshing and delicious.
