When I went to my mother-in-law’s house to dig sweet potatoes, I accidentally found purple sweet potatoes. I brought them back decisively and cooked some porridge. This purple sweet potato is quite sweet, and my family likes it very much.

Purple Potato Congee

1. Peel the purple sweet potato, wash and cut into small pieces

2. Wash the rice

3. Put the purple sweet potato in the pot

4. Add water

5. Press the porridge function

6. It can be served after stuffing

Tips:

1. Don't cut the purple sweet potato too big
2. You can add some rock sugar if you like sweet
