Purple Potato Hair Cake and Pumpkin Hair Cake

The purple sweet potato and pumpkin are peeled and sliced, and steamed in a pot.

When the steamed pumpkin and purple potato are not hot, add water to the food processor to puree them.

Add sugar and yeast separately while it is warm and mix well.

Add the flour separately.

Stir to this consistency, the flour can be added in portions.

Pumpkin batter.

Put it into a small bowl with oil, about 6-7 minutes full, and smooth the surface.

Put it in a steamer and let it rise to 2 times its size, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and steam for 25 minutes.

Turn off the heat and steam for 5 minutes, open the lid.
