Purple Sweet Potato and Rose Bun

First put all the purple sweet potatoes in a steamer and steam them. Let the yeast melt in warm water and let it stand for ten minutes.

Knead all the ingredients into a dough. Place in a warm place to double the size.

Roll the dough into long strips and cut into small pieces.

Flatten each small piece by hand and roll it into a round shape. Place it as shown in the picture, and then use a small ball of dough to make a thin strip to make a flower core.

Press it in the middle with chopsticks and roll it up.

Cut along the pressure line of the chopsticks and shape it.

After everything is done, put it on the steamer and double the size again.

Steam for 15 minutes. After turning off the heat, take it out for five minutes.
