Purple Sweet Potato and Tremella Soup

raw material:
15 grams of white fungus, 1 purple sweet potato, 15 grams of lotus seeds, 10 grams of dried lily
(The white fungus is a single flower, weighs about 15 grams. I didn't weigh it after soaking it. The purple sweet potato is too small, don’t put too much, the color is blue, not as good as the small one)

Soak the white fungus, wash it, and put it in a rice cooker. Put enough water in the rice cooker.

Put lotus seeds and dried lilies in.
(I have boiled 3 programs in total, about 6 hours, the lotus seeds and dried lilies can be put later)

Turn on the soup cooking function of the rice cooker.
(I used 2 more soup procedures. Be sure to cook the gums of the white fungus thoroughly. Look at the soup and see that the white fungus is crystal clear and soft, and then stop. Anyway, the rice cooker doesn't need you to look at the fire, it's very easy)
5.
Cut the purple sweet potato into a heart shape.
(Find a smooth purple potato, straight and slender, so that it can be cut into shape)

Cut into slices about 0.5 cm thick.
(After cutting, you can reshape it according to the shape of each piece. Of course, this is for aesthetics. If you don’t pay attention to it, you can just cut it directly)
7.
After the white fungus is boiled out of gum, 20 minutes before the end, put the sliced purple sweet potato in.
(It was already a few hours after putting the purple sweet potato, so the surface was a bit dry)

The look after finishing.
(Purple potato slices, simmer for about 20 minutes, don’t take more, otherwise the heart shape will be broken, if you use ordinary purple potato diced, it doesn’t matter)

Add rock sugar.
(Desserts, of course, must have the right amount of rock sugar, a touch of sweetness, it tastes good, you can omit if you don't like sweetness)
Tips:
1. I have boiled a total of 3 procedures, about 6 hours, the lotus seeds and dried lilies can be put later.
2. I used 2 more soup procedures. Be sure to cook the gum of the white fungus thoroughly. Look at the soup and see that the soup is sticky and the white fungus is crystal clear and soft before stopping. Anyway, the rice cooker does not need you to look at the fire, which is very easy.
3. Find a smooth purple potato, straight and slender, so that it can be cut into shape.
