I vaguely remember that in the very beginning, I made a banana crisp. The filling is definitely not purple sweet potato, this new darling, not as long as this traditional Chinese dim sum. Maybe it's jujube paste, maybe it's bean paste, it doesn't matter. This time, I want to add the heart of purple sweet potato to the banana crisp.
There are no bananas in banana crisps. Bananas are just an image. Thoughts are changing rapidly, and the final decision is to make purple sweet potato filling without adding sugar and oil to get the original taste of purple sweet potato mash. Even without mashing, just divide the steamed purple sweet potato into pieces according to the amount of filling, knead it into a ball, and then pack it. What a great idea to save trouble! However, it was soon discovered that this idea may be terrific, but it is definitely not a great idea. The randomly kneaded purple sweet potato still retains some of the hardness of the purple sweet potato chunks, and it is not so easy to grow with the dough after it is wrapped. There is no way to remedy it. You can only slowly roll the wrapped purple sweet potato crisps into a banana shape with patience. Thanks to the foresight in the subconscious, the purple potato is directly pinched into an oval jujube shape, and the wrapped long olives do not need to spend a lot of time to arrange them into bananas. However, the time saved in pounding the mud was also consumed here. . . .
Although it took a lot of effort to get plastic surgery, the effect of baking is still very satisfying. . . .
