Purple Sweet Potato Bread

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the dough mixing program.

Add butter. Start the second mixing program.

The steamed purple sweet potato is ground into mashed potato with the back of a spoon. It's best while it's hot. Mine is left to cool. I feel that mashed potatoes are not ideal.

Take out the dough from the bread machine, vent it and divide it into six pieces. The purple potato mash is kneaded into six small balls.

After wrapping the stuffing, roll it out. Cut three small cuts with a knife.

Stretch and twist.

Put it in the baking tray and use the oven for secondary fermentation.

After the fermentation is complete, preheat the oven at 175 degrees for five minutes. Then fire up and down for 20 minutes.

The baked bread is delicious. Not very sweet. Suitable for children to eat.
