Purple Sweet Potato Bread

Install the bread bucket and blade, and pour the milk. Add eggs, sugar and salt diagonally.

Add flour.

Select "Custom Knife."

After the first program, add softened butter and yeast. Start the "mixing" program again.

After the purple sweet potato is steamed, add butter and sugar and mix well to make the purple sweet potato puree.

After the second dough mixing process is over, the dough will be fermented to twice its size.

The dough is exhausted into four equal parts.

Take the dough and roll it out and put on the purple potato filling. Smooth out.

Just roll it up. Do the other things the same way.

Then put it in the bread bucket. Proceed to fermentation.

The dough rises to 80% full. Rinse the egg liquid. Just select the "BBQ" menu.

Just select the "Bake" menu.

The toasted bread should be cooled thoroughly and sliced.
Tips:
The water absorption of bread flour is different. When adding milk, you can leave about 10 grams first, then add to reduce.
