Purple Sweet Potato Buns

Steam the purple sweet potato in advance, add it to the water and press it into a paste, or use a cooking machine to make it more delicate.

Then add the yeast and mix well

Then add the flour, stir it with chopsticks to form a flocculent, and then knead it into a smooth dough

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment to about 2 times the size

Then round each portion and relax for 10 minutes

Tips:
1. The amount of water increases or decreases as appropriate according to the degree of dryness and wetness of the purple sweet potato!
2. Don't open the lid of the steamed buns immediately, otherwise the skin of the buns will shrink when exposed to cold air suddenly, simmer for 3~5 minutes before removing the lid!
3. The time for the second haircut depends on the temperature. When the volume of hair becomes larger and lighter, you can start steaming!
