Today, this steamed bun is liked by the baby at home. This is very rare because she prefers cakes and the like, and seldom touches them like steamed buns. It might be more pleasing to add purple sweet potato, and the sweet glutinous honey beans in it are really good!

Purple Sweet Potato Buns

1. Steam the purple sweet potato in advance, add it to the water and press it into a paste, or use a cooking machine to make it more delicate.

2. Then add the yeast and mix well

3. Then add the flour, stir it with chopsticks to form a flocculent, and then knead it into a smooth dough

4. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment to about 2 times the size

5. Take out the fermented dough, knead it, and divide it into even equal parts

6. Then round each portion and relax for 10 minutes

7. After it relaxes, go to a small dough and roll it into a round skin

8. Envelope Honey Red Beans

9. Tighten up like a bun

10. Turn the mouth down and round it a bit

11. After everything is done, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for about 35 minutes

12. Put the better-developed green body into the steamer, and start steaming with cold water for about 16 minutes. After steaming, turn off the heat for 5 minutes before removing the lid!

Tips:

1. The amount of water increases or decreases as appropriate according to the degree of dryness and wetness of the purple sweet potato!
2. Don't open the lid of the steamed buns immediately, otherwise the skin of the buns will shrink when exposed to cold air suddenly, simmer for 3~5 minutes before removing the lid!
3. The time for the second haircut depends on the temperature. When the volume of hair becomes larger and lighter, you can start steaming!
