Purple Sweet Potato Cake

Cook the purple sweet potato with water in an electric pressure cooker.

Use a food processor to beat the purple potato and take the purple potato puree (filter).

Mix the ingredients in a bread machine for 5 minutes, add peanut oil and mix into a very soft, smooth dough. Coat a layer of cooking oil in the container, put the dough into it, flatten it with the palm of your hand, and put it in the oven to ferment (38 degrees). Picture after 2 times fermentation.

Put it in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Dry until it is not hot, cut and serve while hot
