Purple Sweet Potato Cookies

The butter softens.

The purple sweet potato is steamed, peeled and pressed into a puree.

Put the meat grinder to grind delicately.

The electric whisk beats butter at low speed until feathery.

Put in sugar and salt, and beat.

Add the egg liquid in 2 times, and beat each time until it is completely absorbed.

Add purple potato mash, mix well.

Sift in low powder and mix evenly.

Put the piping bag into the batter.

Squeeze evenly on the baking sheet.

Preheat the oven at 160 degrees and bake it for about 25 minutes.
Tips:
1. This time I used Lehe Organic Butter (soften it to the point where you can press it with your fingers). The taste is mellow, organic and healthier, and the baby loves it!
2. If the baking pan is not a golden pan, apply a layer of oil;
3. The butter should be sent to a feathery state, that is, the color becomes lighter and the volume is fluffy.
