Purple Sweet Potato Lily Tremella Soup

Wash the white fungus and lily and soak overnight.

Remove the white fungus and chop finely, and cut the purple sweet potato into small cubes.

Pour proper amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil, pour in the cut purple sweet potato, white fungus, and lily.

Cover with a lid, boil and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat until the ingredients are cooked and soft.

Add rock sugar and cook for 5 minutes on low heat until the rock sugar melts. Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl, add dried cranberries.
