Purple Sweet Potato Noodles

Purple sweet potatoes are cooked or steamed.

Press it into a mashed purple potato while it's hot.
3.
Add purple potato mash, salt, and flour to water, and make a dough.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap for at least one hour.

Knead the dough.

Roll out into thin discs.
7.
Fold the dough back and forth, sprinkle with corn flour or starch to prevent sticking.
8.
Cut the noodles into suitable widths.
9.
Cook the noodles.
10.
You can cook it with cold water, or you can eat it without cold water. In summer, I like cold water.

Finished product. Pour in your favorite marinade and taste it beautifully.
